GMC Finland Oy was founded in 2016 under the name Global Mobility Consulting Finland, with the official Oy registration following in 2020. The company’s founder, Jenny Rajahalme, has been helping foreigners settle in Rauma as a volunteer since 2012. Today, our operations cover Finland’s west coast, from Turku to Pori.

Jenny’s journey began as a returnee to Finland after spending over a decade living as an expat in multiple countries. With an international heart, an open mind, strong determination, process management expertise, and a deep understanding of multicultural environments, she made the bold decision to leave her corporate career behind and build a business that truly mattered.

You’re always welcome to ask Jenny for more details—she’s more than happy to share her stories! Over the years, many have come to call her “the Finnish mother” or “Mother Hen,” as she’s always looking out for others, ensuring that everything and everyone is taken care of.
